I was born in 1978 in Athens, Greece. At the age of six I got my first home computer, a ZX Spectrum 48+ as a gift from my uncle. By the age of seven I was already programming advanced applications and games. At the age of ten I was introduced to the magic world of Personal Computers when my father bought me a Schneider PC. Over the next two years I attended a private school on programming aimed for adults. Unfortunately by the time I was thirteen I was left with no school options to further enrich my computer knowledge.

I was following the Web revolution happening in the States from distance long before Internet became widely available in my country. In 1995 and by joining the Association of Hellenic Internet Users I got an Internet connection at home. It is impossible to describe the excitement of that day! I continued reading computer related books and magazines till I was given few years later the great opportunity to study at college.

In 1996 I enrolled at the American College of Greece and started studying Computer Information Systems and Management. In 1998 and due to my military obligations as Greek citizen I temporarily stopped my studies to serve at the 1st  Army Aviation Brigade at Stefanovikion. A year later I returned back to college and in parallel I founded Imatech Ltd, a web development and advertising agency, with four college friends. Two years later and after having a strong list of International clients such as BMW and Nestle our company was acquired by our primary investor.

Having already realized the limited opportunities for young entrepreneurs in my country I shortly decided to move to Cyprus. While Cyprus is a small Mediterranean island that only recently became part of EU it has been the heart of many important technological and other business startups. Through the CTO position of Digistar Investments Ltd I was involved in a series of Internet projects in the software, entertainment, gambling and financial fields. In 2005 I founded Jetcom Ltd, a company
